E.D. of Michigan Bankruptcy Court Invites Public Comment Regarding Proposed Local Rule Changes
On June 8, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Michigan posted on its website a ‘Notice of Request for Public Comments.’ The Court is considering several amendments to its Local Rules. These amendments were drafted by the Rules Subcommittee of the Advisory Committee to the Bankruptcy Court.
