Hunter Tylo of the Bold and the Beautiful filed her bankruptcy in Las Vegas and has filed suspicious schedules that raise a lot of questions.

Hunter Tylo of the Bold and the Beautiful filed her bankruptcy in Las Vegas and has filed suspicious schedules that raise a lot of questions.

Although her home appears to be in Sherman Oaks, California, the petition states that she has at least had a residence in Nevada for 91 days or more.  Her bankruptcy attorney should get a gold medal for only charging a celebrity $2,500 for a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case.

What is more intresting and down right suspicious is that Hunter Tylo has no household goods, no furniture, no books, no CD’s, DVD’s, no pictures, no art, and no jewlery that is not a single ear ring and not a single necklace.  She does list $3,000 in clothes and $317.41 in two bank accounts with Chase Bank but not a penny in cash!  I always ask my clients if they have change in the center console of their vehicle or a piggy bank or a few coins lying around but Hunter Tylo has none of these.  She also lists an IRA of unknown value and two corporations Tylosaurus LA Corp. and Jael Professional Service Corporation both apparently have no value which is not unusual.  She owns no automobiles and has no pets, nor does anyone owe her any money or does she have any lawsuits or claims against anyone else.

However, the schedules reveal a lawsuit in District Court in Clark County, Nevada where she lists a disputed claim against her for $848,983.00 by Shanna Downing LCSW and Horizon Family Therapy & Wellness.  It also lists a lawsuit by Las Vegas Attorney Patricia L. Vaccarino against Tylo pending in Los Angeles County Superior Court perhaps for attorneys fees.  All three lawsuits against her have resulted in judgments taken against her.

She lists no leases or executory contracts so her Las Vegas residence must be rented month to month.  She is emplyed by GH Holdings Enterprises, LLC of Henderson, Nevada as an Artist/PR so perhaps she is in the public relations business.  She is listed as married but no income is listed for her husband.  It has been a hard year because she only took in $13,730 for the first half of 2011, $32,585 total for 2010, but in 2009 she made $212,106.  My heart goes out to her for experiencing that kind of income loss and still having to support and raise two teenagers.  She is also trying to retain her Sherman Oaks home if she can get a loan modification.  I wish her the best of luck in doing so and hope that if she reads this blog post and fails to get a loan modification that goes to her member of Congress and the media and becomes a spokesperson for homeowners for Americans who cannot get a loan modification.  We need celebrities to come forward to illustrate this problem.  Good luck to you Hunter, I wish you the best.
